"Recently, my wife and I reached out to B & D Renovations and Owner Oren Suissa regarding a planned renovation of our main floor washroom. Oren visited with my wife at I at our residence in Barrie, Ontario to review our plan for the renovation. Oren took a lot of time through this meeting to understand the scope of the renovation and offered his thoughts and suggestions on the functionality and design of the new washroom. Upon hiring B & D Renovations to move forward with the renovation, Oren laid out a timeline for the completion and visited our residence again to discuss certain items with my wife and I. The work was completed over a 2 week period. B & D took extensive time prior to the commencement of the renovation to install protective paper and plastic on all floor areas and railings that would be impacted by heavy foot traffic. The worker performing the work was courteous, professional and hard working. They ensured that the environment was swept clean of any debris at the end of each day. The necessary work was completed without delay and any debris from the demolition was tidied up and removed from the premises. Throughout the renovation, Oren stayed in constant contact with us regarding the progress and to ensure that there were no issues or concerns. His customer service was outstanding. "We confirm our experience with Oren Suissa ("Oren") in respect of a comprehensive inside renovation of our newly-purchased large home in North York. Our home was approximately 35 years old when we purchased it. Oren took on the job of a three-floor home-wide internal renovation of the entire home. "I will state unequivocally – B & D Renovations did an exceptional job on our renovation work. They are master craftsman that take pride in their work and ensure that they deliver the highest quality workmanship. In our case, the original job required both inside and outside painting. However, before they were due to start, we had water damage in the basement. Their flexibility allowed them to modify the job (rebuilding a wall, and changing the baseboard across the entire basement) and complete it in less time than was originally estimated. They have access to reliable and excellent subcontractors such as plumbers, electricians and carpet installers to ensure a job well done. Finally – the overall price for the job was very reasonable. I highly recommend them – they have good ideas, consult with you before going ahead and keep you updated as the job progresses."
